These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vehicle Tracker — a vehicle management service for keeping track of your garage, maintenance, fuel and documents. By creating an account you agree to them.
Vehicle Tracker is an online tool for keeping a personal record of the vehicles you own or look after, together with their maintenance history, fuel fill-ups, documents, consumables and reminders. It is available through the website and the mobile application.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account — keep your password secret and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe other people’s rights. Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service, its data or the systems running it, and do not use automated tools to extract data at scale. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended or removed.
You keep ownership of everything you enter. You give the operator a limited licence to process that data in order to run the service — storing it, showing it back to you, generating reminders and calculating statistics. You can ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted at any time.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the latest version always applies.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost savings or decisions taken on the basis of reminders and statistics. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
